WTB winter wheels, 18s in DC area
Looking to pick up some 18s. 264s or the like in the Balt-DC area. Dinged up curb rash is fine for winter wheels. Cheap please. <$400, preferably cheaper. Already have the tires so I don't need wheel/tire combo offer and don't need 17s.
