Added some color!

Sprayed my emblems with a candy tint and clear coated them. They look smoked untill light is on them, then they almost glow! Used high end auto paint and clear.

Also, Sprayed my engine cover Space Grey and did the raised lines black.

The only chrome on my car right now is the tailpipes and the little rings around the emblems. I like your idea. I like the engine cover too, but not so much with Montego blue unless it was painted gloss black with MB stripes

I like the emblems because they turn the chrome on the emblems like a gunmetal color, looks good with dark cars.

Also, for the engine cover, there are endless color options. Black with colored stripes could look fantastic, ill have to try that.

I dig the painted engine cover. I've always wanted to do mine AW but don't want it to get scuffed up and dirty looking too easily.

Love the engine cover too. Seen a few members do theirs and it looks 100x better on the N54 than N55 due to the size/shape/etc. for whatever reason.
