Racing Brake Fluids for 1M
What's up guys...
I'll run some track days here in Brazil with my 1M and want to know about racing fluid for my 1M stocks brake...Some friends of my here in Brazil says that doesn't have any problems change the stock fluids to racing fluids and let to use in the streets (that was one of my concerns) after the races...They done that on Porsche's turbos...Nissan's GTR's... So I want to know what is the difference for example for the racing fluids of Motul (example of brand)...the RBF 660 Racing Fluid and the RBF 600 DOT 4... Can anyone help me with these questions??? Thanks... |

RBF 600 and SRF are both fine for street or track. I don't think you have winter there, but if you do, you should change RBF 600 to something else like Motul 5.1 for the cold wet months. SRF is okay in winter.

If this is a street car that is not tracked then SRF once should last forever. Ok. Maybe a decade. But you get the idea. |
