i have an old nano connected via a BMW ipod cable and it keeps cutting in and out. the connection is loose as when i fiddle with it comes back. Not sure if it's the ipod or the cable anyone have experieince?

I have a Y cable I purchased from Trivett for my iPhone.

In the last 2 weeks it has also become loose (the connector dock under the centre console) and does not play through the right hand speakers. Bloody annoying!

can you guys not tighten the connection? just rip apart the center console is pretty easy.

I get the same thing. It works most of the time using my 4th gen nano but sometimes it will cut out and go to radio or cut out and go to aux input. It barely works at all if I try using my iphone.
The bluetooth connection is also kind of spotty.
