Hi to all, purchased this recently and now just waiting to collect it! Very impressed with how it drove on the test drive, preffered it to the M3 i drove before hand! Maybe get to a few meets with some of you! First photos I have are below, before it gets valeted at BMW and a bit poor quality but will do for starters!

AW with Matt black wheels
BMW Performance Grills - ordered and being fitted at BMW before collection
IND Gloss black side grilles with tinted LED's - ordered today
IND gloss black rear emblem - ordered today

Love it. Aw 1m look fantastic.

I too chose the 1m over the m3, both great cars, but the 1m is something else!

Congratulations.
The fun has just begun.
Was up to Aberdeen just for a run a couple of weeks ago. Perth, Aviemore and through the back roads to Aberdeen and back down the coast road. Some great roads up there just made for the 1M and waiting ---

Watch out for really expensive import duty, easier to get your local paintshop to do surely.

True, I forgot about that one. However saves me being without the car white parts are at the paintshop! How much did you get stung for?

Not sure which dealer you bought the car from ? All of my paint mods apart from the engine cover were done by my dealer, me and John FSB use the same garage and get great service.

Congrats on the purchase, amazing little thing.

I too, went in many times to buy an M3, just didn't quite grab me, 15 minutes in the 1M, give me a bloody pen and paper. Sold.

No problem, who do you work for ? I was offshore based for too many years to mention and have been an expat for several years now. I work for the company with a filling station beside the cemetery in Smokie town.
