LED Fog Lights?

Excuse the ignorance, I did a search and didn't find anything. Anyone know what these are, and how I could get them on my car? Official BMW photo:

Those are the LED fogs/strobes from the Moto GP safety car made for BMW.

i want these flashers too for my 1M but not able to get a response on who makes them yet!
