Can I use this diff in my 1er DCT?

Hey addicts,

I friend of mine ended up with diff assembly, but didn't have much information on it - so I called the manufacturer with the S/N and got some info. Here's what they told me:

This unit is an E2034V for a BMW 335I. Ratio: 3.46.
We installed side seals and a Wavetrac LSD.

After searching for a bit, i'm still at a loss and hoping maybe somebody can chime in - can I throw this unit in my 12+ N55 DCT 1er?

That's a very very big change from the 2.65 final drive that comes with the DCT car. I personally wouldn't even try. Engine speed on the freeway at like 75MPH in 7th gear would go from stock of ~2600 RPM to 3500 RPM with this final drive.
