Bimmerpost app 3.8 released 29th Jan 15, not loading up on IOS 6 on iphone 4

Updated Bimmerpost to version 3.8 yesterday on my iphone 4 running IOS 6. It now fails to load, the logo pops up and then the app exists. tried many times, removed it and downloaded again but still have the same issue. No issues with any previous versions. Any ideas?
