everything not yet sold is in the first post. the taillights are sold and yes this car is a 2008.

Do these headlights still have adaptive feature? I know not all the euro xenon ones do.

no they are not adaptive. the adaptive will run you over 2200 right now and can only be ordered from a dealer in germany. there is no longer any private party that will ship over these lights like before as they picked up on these headlights being ordered from the USA and BMW is trying to put a stop to it just like they did with the attempted group buy on the blackline taillights.
