Replacing Exterior Trim!

Does anyone have any experience with removing and replacing the exterior trim on the 128? I have the chrome now and want gloss black... i might just go to a body shop and see if they can paint or vinyl wrap it!

I think there is a DIY thread on the 3-series forums about vinyl wrapping it. Do a search for Shadowline Trim or something along those lines.
