an underwhelming exterior design (though not ugly either) with a power plant to completely rip your face off. i love it. the new super sedans (this and the F90 M5) are going to be absolutely insane.

I like the subtle look outside and the 'flowy' interior. I don't know about the blue leds inside, but I think the interior leds are adjustable (color).

Exactly what we were expecting - a complete and total beast. Blue interior trim is weird but perhaps you can opt out of it.

Dare we imagine a theoretical C63 R with this drivetrain? Probably won't ever happen, although the aftermarket may come up with something.

The blue is the ambient lighting. You can change it to any color.

For some reason someone decided neon blue was ideal for the pics.

absolutley ruined the best part about the E ----- the tail lights. they have now gone to the ugly trend on all their other sedans. yuck. front is getting too rounded as well. use to be my favorite model of mercedes.......

meh S/C/E all look the same now.

What I don't understand is why Merc not flaring out the rear arches. Looks dumb as it is. Same with the C AMG.

I really hope the new M5 kills this thing. I hate the new Mercs. It's sad how they could go from the most distinctive and badass designs of the late 2000's and early 2010's to this melting jelly bean design language.

Blue accent lighting is tacky AF. At least the outgoing model looked striking, had character and sounded way better (deeper). The new C63 sounds like a generic turbocharged V8 and this won't be any different.

The ball is now in BMW's court, but with weight loss + xDrive I can see the new M5 wiping the floor with this thing.

Looks like a midlife crisis car. The standard E-Class has a more classy than aggressive look so them trying to AMG-ify it is pretty much impossible in terms of looks. Reminds of of someone in my town who has an E36 318i but slammed it and added an exhaust to pretend he's in the big leagues

I have put in a deposit for the E63 S wagon back in June of this year and hoping it will be delivered in summer 2017. I may have to rethink now to get the sedan instead.

I've had a soft spot for the E AMG since the naturally aspirated E55 W210....this one is no exception. No too much angry so to speak but just enough...def my style, unfortunately not my wallet....lol

there is ... but only 0.67 inches or 17mm compared to the basic model
