does anyone have monaco blue w/ taup interior and aluminum trim pics.Im thinking that or high gloss black any opinions are welcome?

I get the feeling the red would be a little too loud. Monaco i think is a conservative color so i dunno about coral. Monaco seems to work with everything else. Id still like to see pictures though.

Monaco blue, IMO, is the sleeper color. It will victimize many unsuspecting eyes.

I will let you know how it is when my baby gets here. I think that with the conservative color on the outside will offset the loud coral nicely. No reason to be so conservative that your interior needs to be like everyone else!

Mine is on the boat right now and these few pics have kept me going for months. I would like to see some an up close photos so I can see the metallic in the paint, I have a 1er coming to me in a color I have never seen in person!

I'm about to order a 128i and have decided on Monaco. It looks like most of you have opted for tan seats. Does anyone have thoughts on the Boston Gray leather or the Boston Black leather? Thank you.

Just picked up my 1er last week. ED. IF you're going to do it, you have to go to the GrossGlockner HochAplenstrasse in Austria. A fantastic experience.

Hehe - make sure you choose the appropriate time of the year though. Since this small hill in our alps is about 4.000 meters high (you can drive up to about 2.600 meters over sea level with cars there) it can be closed during winter: Too much snow to haul away, see pic below... If you come during summer, there s a small chance you'll meet some crazy Austrians cycling over that hill. The small version of the tour de france, if you like!
