N55 BMW 135i black smoke at WOT and kills RPMs

I will try to explain this as best I can with my limited knowledge.

The car is a 2012 DCT with 65k miles. When I go WOT every now and again the RPMs will struggle to climb and sometimes even seem like it is hitting a limiter. This is usually accompanied by a cloud of smoke (black) coming out the back. The car is FBO and has a stage 2+ MHD tune. I also have 1 step colder spark plugs. The car also throws no codes and does not show that it is misfiring. I'm really stumped on what it can be. At first I thought it was traction control stepping in but the TC lights don't appear when it happens.

Any help would be appreciated. Hopefully someone else has had this issue resolved in the past

First think people will ask for is a log. Also, you should post this in the more general area: https://www.1addicts.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=229
