Done First up: CP-e catted downpipes for N54 135i's. These have CP-e's cast bellmouth for fantastic fitment. These are refurbished by CP-e with new catalytic converters. I've had them unused in storage for two years after sending them back for new cats. You will need to find high temp bolts and re-use or acquire a new exhaust flange gasket. $295 + shipping Yes, I paid $700 + shipping back in 2009 for these puppies. DONE Second: BMW Professional amplifier; this is the OEM amp that comes with the '08-'10 135i or as an upgrade to the 128i. I'm only looking for the cost of shipping and a gingerbread latte from Starbucks for my trouble.

DONE. Last is two under-seat subwoofers for the same stereo system as the amp. These are OEM and were used for about 7 months before I made the change to Earthquake 8"ers and aftermarket amplifier. I'm also only looking for shipping + latte for these subs.

Can the subs and new amp plug and play with an existing stock sound system? If I am not mistaken a stock '09 128i doesn't have any subs under the seats..?

You know, I'm not sure whether this is pnp or not. I'm putting these up for anybody ambitious enough to try and figure it out. You may be able to find and order the part numbers for the enclosures for the under-seat subs off Real-OEM. Additionally, the amplifier is not controlled digitally. That is, its not on the optical circuit in the vehicle. For that reason, there is no reason it won't be, other than that the harness connections aren't the same. The corollary to that is it doesn't make sense for BMW to make different harness's for each vehicle and they may all have the same hookups, just different end components (speakers/amps etc). This topic deserves its own thread in the Audio forum.
