Replace Door/window weatherstrip

I've searched but cannot find and instructions on replacing the gasket that goes around the door. I've looked in the E90 Bentley manual (still not E82 available) and couldn't find it there either. Does anyone have instructions or a link to same on how to do this. Part #51767054027

No experience myself, but I would imagine there is an adhesive back. If not, 3M trim adhesive.
