Wow, those pics made me change my mind about the coupe. I especally like the color. I still need convincing on the tail lights. Maby they'll come out with some kind of blacklines for the coupe. The blacklines have made my e90 100x better.

Yes, your are correct if the "official photos" are indicative of the actual production specs. However, there seems to be several inconsistencies in the photos of E92 preproduction cars. For example, if you look at the seats in the cream beige cars, one appears to have regular seats together with shift paddles while in another, we see sports seats with auto and no shift paddles. According to the US/Canadian specs, shift paddles are only available with the 335i sport package, which of course includes sport seats.
In addition to the anomaly of seat belt colour pointed out by Maximinimaus, I have noticed that in the official photos of space gray car with light interior, that the interior colour is lemon, not cream beige. Lemon is apparently not available in Europe or NA. If you look closely, you will see that the rear parcel shelf is black, together with the door trims. Other photos of a beige car indicate that everything but the upper dash is beige.
Finally, what's with an iDrive knob in cars with no Nav ? I suspect this was another preproduction anomaly that will not show up in the production cars.

Surely you mean the attached picture. In another thread it was stated that this must be/is a photoshop. As of my knowledege, you can't get iDrive without navigation for the E92 in Germany. And the red circled part of this picture should be black and not (cream)beige!
Lemon is not available for the E92. It is common sense that the pictures of the Space Grey E92 335i show leather Jade Grey and therefore the black door trim and black seatbelts.
I agree, this pictures of an undisguised blue E92 335i show a car in preproduction state. Therefore the anomalies. Look also at the welded seams on the pictures of the exhaust. I can't believe BMW will deliver the exhaust in such a bad quality. Surely handmade and no industrial production.

Man that's hot!! I talked to my CA yesterday and he confirmed that production for 335i sedan is going to happen on September!!! :rocks: :rocks: He went into his office and looked at a piece of paper the BMW sent to the dealer stating this fact, so sounds like a sure thing.

Very nice I think I should have waited. I should have bought the Coupe instead of the sedan.

this looks so bad... bmw unwilling to give up rear seat space made the 3 series coupe look unusually elongated, and ugly imo.

I like the Coupe. If the Engine was out in the Sedan around August I would be all over it.

Damn... coral is looking fairly good, despite looking at it through a fence and glass, may still have to change my order. Can't wait to get rid of that orange light on the side (damn ugly).

Thanks a lot for the pics, if you get more post away

Side profile doesn't look good, the front end looks hot. I don't know, like what was mentioned in this post this car doesn't have the 'wow' factor for me just yet.

So all the 335s have the chrome lower grill, and the 328s have a blacked out one.
