Do you really thing they are smaller??? Why would they do that? I had a gain of 7 HP over OEM with the Milltek

they are 100% smaller on the rs4. i wouldnt be surprised if they are smaller on the 1m too. do they make a downpipe? or is just mid and catback?

No downpipe available from Milltek, just midpipe with secondary catdelete + catback. For downpipe there are enough alternatives, AR is well known on the N54 engines and also 3 inch piping like most aftermarket exhausts for the 1M.

doesnt look like 3 inch piping! AR makes the only true 3 inch downpipe. had them on my 135 and loved them

So we've just had the first delivery of MILLTEK's new non-resonated centre section

You can clearly see te difference here:

This section replaces the MILLTEK centre silencer with non-resonated straight through pipework making the car sound LOTS better! I have the full MILLTEK system fitted including the Secondary Cat-Bypass Pipes, NEW Non Resonated Centre Silencer Assembly, Connecting Pipe and Rear Silencer Assembly. Pipework is 3" and tailpipes are quad 80mm

I hope this makes sense if any other MILLTEK users want their car louder and for it to sound as glorious as an RB26 engined Skyline (which mine now does) then please PM me as I have a quantity in stock and ready to go!

Cheers, Chris

No problem at all!

Just wait until you hear it in the morning from cold-start!

As I said before it now sounds like an RB26 engined Skyline R32/33/34 GTR running a sports system

I just did a small test drive and also the incabin sound is like i wanted it to be! I really cannot understand why Milltek doesn't make it like that.

Will send you a PM Chris

We now stock the full Milltek systems including secondary cat by-pass pipes, non-resonated centre sections, link pipes and rear silencers.

And if anyone in the UK wants to see or hear one this is what I have on my car.

Cheers, Chris

Hi Chris,

Will your non resonated, cat removal, y-pipe fit in between the OEM DP's and back box sections? A la N55 and MadDads mid pipe.
Cheers

Afraid not. The Milltek sections do not interchange with the OE BMW sections like the N55 mids or MadDads do. Milltek joints etc are in different places which is why you have to install the full system.

Cheers, Chris
