N54 with STEP trans rear seal leak

I am looking at a car that had a rear seal leak at 21k mi,"Leak at gearbox output(output end), automatic transmission leaking", repaired under warranty, and hasn't had any trans issues since per BMW's service records. Now at 41k mi. Also "front brake linings sticking/jammed" in the same service entry.

How concerned should I be about this? Should I cross this one off my list and move on? Car is in Cali, so shipping/airfare would be necessary, and I'm not sure how/if I could have it 3rd party inspected.
