Huh, a lot of bluetooth fans. I went without premium, but did get leather and power. I couldn't justify the extra for compass, bluetooth, and bmw assist. I do wish I had the integrated garage opener, it is hard for me to believe it is not standard in this car since "lesser" companies include this in most option packages. Bluetooth would be nice, but I'm adjusted to using a bt headset anyway. BMW assist isn't worth the premium at all to me.

Bluetooth is a must..I loved it and not having it now I really miss it.

Not regretting it at all. Didn't want power seats, didn't need leather, don't miss dimming mirrors, puddle lights, ambient lighting, or integrated garage opener.

I did spring for BMW Assist a la carte because I like my Bluetooth.

No regrets at all. I have all that stuff on the other Bimmers I have but I just didn't want it on this one.

If you want leather, power seats and bluetooth than the PP is a no-brainer. Unless you want all 3 then I don't see it being worth the cost. I didn't want any of those things so I did not get the PP even though the auto-dimming mirror would have been nice.

I don't regret not going premium. The sport leatherette seats are very adjustable, comfortable, and supportive. Lumbar support would be nice, but that is just a minor complaint.

Though the Bluetooth/Assist is not cheap, its a pretty slick interface and it was worth it to get separately.

Auto dimming mirrors would be nice, but I have had that before and would rather be able to control it myself. The knob is the same as the 2005+ MINI , but it is easier to operate. Not sure how to explain.

I just wish I could have my right side view mirror turn down on reverse, and not have to get electric seats or anything else. Not a major complaint except that it should be standard...

Actually did not want the power seats as I selected manual transmission and would have been okay with manual windows as well. A stick and clutch is retro by intent.

The Assist technology, however is very reassuring and kick butt so I wish I had the electronic sky wizard stuff.

Does Garmin offer a GPS with Bluetooth and a programmable garage door opener yet?
