9,5" Back

But I will have a deep senter on the back wheels, so wich ET should I have in front and back to look perfect?

8.5 +35 and 9.5 +45's are definitely both challenging setups to fit on a 1 series with their small fenders. Fender rolling and stretched tires will need to be used to clear the fenders.

Charles is right, these wheels are aggressive for the 1-Series as they are E46 offsets.
