im in brisbane so i cant recommend anywhere, if its just a nail, you should be able to get that repaired at any tyre shop. They couldnt repair mine as it was a large bolt! before seeing the bolt they quoted me $25 for a puncture repair, but i got quoted $50 at another place.

if flinchy can get a 1.5" wide bolt hole fixed then anything can be repaired.

I've had my runflats repaired a few times at a Bridgestone tyre center. I was told by the dealer that the newer generation runflats are able to be repaired.

I've had a fairly big nail in the rear tire on the flat of the run flat tire.
Repaired it myself with the normal "dog turd" style kit. Took 10 mins and that was about nine months ago. No issues whatsoever.
Have used these kits for some years on everything from Ride On's, motorbike's and cars and I don't see why a run flat would be any different to a hole on the flat surface of any sort of tire.
I carry the tire kit in the boot along with a small compressor.

I can understand why the run-flats pick up more nails and bolts than conventional. The tyres are more rigid so they have less flex when hitting a sharp object so they puncture when a conventional tyre doesn't.

RFT - with Do Not Repair are not supposed to be repaired. Normally this is on the 08-09 MV's

RFT - with NO do not repair they tyres are acceptable to repair. They have similar limitations as normal tyres. No more than 3 repairs, distance between repairs need to be more than 15cm (I think or 10 Cm) and not a sidewall damaged.

Hope that helps

It helps in making choices about who to take your runflats to for a repair.

Plausible.

Lends more weight to the debate of the overall RF experience.
