Squealing brakes, have CPO Ext. Maintenance but dealer refuses to replace

Quick update, took my car to another dealer further away from the one who refused to service my brakes under CPO. Even though my car didn't say it was time for brake pads they not only changed the front pads but also the rotors and did a brake fluid flush. Both my old pads and rotors were below spec. Squealing is finally gone and BMWNA footed the bill!
