TRW is the manufacture of the factory M3/1M components. These are direct stock style replacements for the arms found on the M3 and 1M.

The install kit is not required as the bolts used are not torque to yield bolts. But I typically suggest it due to many customers coming back after the fact for it after stripping the heads of their old bolts during removal of the arms.
