I fit the description , but was not me. Might be the same Lemans I keep seeing in the west end though...



Spotted a space grey / titanium silver ( hard to tell with the winter muck) 135 heading east on fallowfield rd this morning (Mon, March 25, by the park and ride)

I gave a thumbs up and got a smile and wave back, just curious if its anyone on the forums, Nice ride and nice rims!

I saw a Lemans Blue 135i with black rims parked
at Future Shop in Kanata last Sunday afternoon.

On my way home tonight:

- red 135 coupe on the Queensway westbound on the Kanata hill
- silver 128 coupe on the Queensway eastbound near Maitland
-white vert at the driving range in Stittsville

An AW 135i coming to Ottawa soon. Currently on the shipping vessel, scheduled to be delivered to Halifax on April 08.
So, expecting hitting the road with it at the end of April.

Cool! Congrats! There seems to be quite a few of us 1ers in Ottawa.

Btw when is everyone putting their summer tires on? I'm patiently waiting for the street cleaners to go out, the summer compound really flings the dirt and rocks I find. At the same time, i'm pretty eager to go and swap them soon since the weather is getting nicer...

Mine has been out of storage a few times with the summers on.

I've been holding off taking it out too much until the street sweepers get out.

My 71 Z/28 is anxiously waiting as well.

I saw a black 135i driving around trainyards a few weeks back. There is also a black 128i parked on Dalhousie in the market area i see often. Apart from that, I haven't seen any!!

It may have been me, I usually take greenbank to work in the morning.

However if it was a different part of fallowfield it may have been someone else... I did see a silver one on monday that was on fallowfield near the train station, could that have been you?

New rubber should be here on Tuesday and they are going on next week sometime.

I saw a blue water metallic 135i heading west on the 417 today. we both got off at pinecrest and went our separate ways. We gave each other a thumbs up.



On a sad note. I took my car in today to Elite BMW, to have them address a small air leak on the window seals at hwy speeds and when I picked it up and returned to work I noticed a nice surprise they left for me.

My heart sank, posted a thread asking for advice in the general 1er forum:

They offered to "fix it" and provide me with a rental... I don't know if I trust them now... Do you think its worth taking to http://www.fari.ca/ local detailer to have him try to fix it?

Anyone been to this guy? I recently bought a porter cable 7424xp and some light compound , Ive never used it yet but I'm wondering if this is something I could try to do on my own or best left to a pro?
