OSS Designs Headlights

Was wondering if these are headlights, or just a mod that the company does for you.
Since I'm not too sure about the whole situation, I'm hoping someone that has some knowledge of this can answer this!

Also, if anyone knows any good reliable xenon headlights that can replace halogens, please let me know! Sorry for yet another topic on headlights lol.

OSS company which can make modification for your AEs if you have xenon lights they will convert H8 Aes to LED rings.

Try to google DEPO headlights

They open up the headlights (OEM, depot, or whatever else) and do custom work.
