Car Stereo/Electrical problems...please help!

I just purchased a aftermarket NAV MULTIMEDIA, , but i have Electrical problems,
The screen and oem head unit flickers randomly no matter what is on,bluetooth, av in, etc, what is cause?

Sounds like the head unit is interfering with the CAN bus. Check back with whoever installed it for you and make sure it has been wired correctly. Is the engine running in that video? This might be a sign your battery is about to die.
