Arrow DIY Vanos replacement video...

I came across this great video on how to replace the vanos sensors in our cars...

Vanos replacement on any BMW with the 6 cylinder engine N51 N52 N52K N54 engine...

Interesting. Thanks for the post.

I wonder if it wouldn't correct the frequent surging idle I get. The dealers can't diagnose it and there are no codes kicked up as a result, but agree that they can feel it while sitting in the cabin and can hear the exhaust burbling on the little miss-like variations.

I think it just might fix that. Buy two sensors and throw them in.

Replace both units: intake and exhaust Vanos.
