Can the free maintenance from the new car warranty be done at any BMW dealership, or only at the one that you bought the car from?

Any dealership - but some dealers won't provide a free loaner unless you bought the car from them.

one of the books that comes in the owners manual packet has nothing but locations of BMW service centers
