AR CATLESS DPs re-design or just poor craftmanship

Hey guys, so I just recieve my N55 AR Design Catless DP last week. I have been bothered by the looks, which does not correspond to the image on their web sit.
My concerned would be the end result after a dyno run. (no gain in HP) unless this is a reviesed version for the better.

Any thoughts on this before i get this installed tomorrow morning?

AR DPs from their websit and below is what came!

That's how mine looked when it came! Only the label was a bit different. Was that what you were worried about? Otherwise it all looks fine to me!

I was just worried about the fact the advertinging photo to the actual product i recieve are completely different. All the images from the web shows consumer recieve are same product as shown on AR websit.
Also the different design DP shape and styling can potentialy lead to influxuation of power and cell count.

Plus the False advertising. (not a concern if there is power gain) lol

I guess when they portray the pipe as a quality bit of kit last thing you want is a pipe that doesn't look the way you expect but I guess function over form.

I was just a litlle disapointed as it didnt meet my expectation, not entirely bothered by it.
Not knowing the ins and outs off Exhuast systems- by the looks of it I could benifits from this DPs, as the 4inch pipe flow further (3/4) down to a short divided pipe. The one on the websit shows the divided pipe start mid way down.

Just not sure if there is any gain from it as im not an expert in this field

Thony I remember noticing this at the time but didn't think anything of it.. must be a new design by them. I can't see it impacting power gains or anything.. I have emailed them to confirm.

Definitely less pipe and more body, even the exit angle looks different.

Let me know what they say, If i was paying premium price i would expect to recieve premium craftmanship. To me looks like a rush job. But in saying that
seems like a better flow out of the turbo to the split section.

The pipe has been installed now, maybe chase up some compensation if it just a rush job. I think $599rrp is fair considering other brand with same design is couple hundred cheaper

They've said it's a new design and will update pictures on the website shortly to avoid any future confusion.

N54 is not as loud as N55. you just need to find the right revs to be at and it should be all ok!
