Recommended Tyre Shops in Melbourne

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to purchase a set of new wheels for my M135i shortly and am just after some recommendations on where to get them fitted/balanced. I've tried a number of places and haven't yet been completely satisfied.

Inner west preferred, but anywhere metro is OK as long as the quality of service is worth the trip. My issues in the past have been bad balancing/wheel alignment, scratched rims, etc. I will be buying a set of gloss black 18x9.5" and will cry if they get scratched...

you should buy some plastic trim removing tools hand it to the tyre fitter and say if you scatch my wheels you will buy me new ones!

I had a set of enkeis RS05RR the guys totally scratched the lip, I ended up getting a brand new set from them!

But those trim removing tool works extramly well removing weights

I'm from the inner west and for service you can't go past Tyre Power North Melbourne on Abbostford st.

Oh yeah, I was here years ago for a Golf tyre. Come to think of it, they did a good job.

Thanks guys, I'll hit up Tyre Power North Melbourne. Pretty convenient as well as I work nearby-ish.

I haven't bought the wheels yet, but will most likely do so during the week or next weekend and post the results.
