Which LED Sidemarkers are the Best?

Anyone know which SMOKED LED sidemarkers are the best and easiest to install for a 1 series?

I'm in the process of purchasing these from modbargins:

http://www.**********s.com/Clear-Smo...82-E90-E92.htm

I think they are Depos seen here:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/DEPO-2009-20...220153?vxp=mtr

I trust Depo because i currently have the Depo V2 Led Projector Headlight. Been working and looking flawless for me since my install.

I bought the ones in the ebay link. The plastic housing on one broke after about 18 months. Very disappointed considering I garage every night and only drive 6K miles/year. I had to go back to the stock bulbs. I love the look but not sure I want to blow $75 for something that poorly made.

Did it break from wear and tear or from side swiping something?

All I ever did was wash the car. And I rarely did that considering the low use. I use a Chemical Guys wash mitt. I never had a problem with any of my other cars or with OEM equipment. I can take a pic of the bad side-marker if you want.

I purchased mine from ECS. They aren't as dark as I had anticipated but work well and I haven't had any issues. Think I paid around $40. Use a plastic trim tool, I tried the first one with dental floss to loosen and it took awhile but all I used for the second side was the tool and it literally really came in less than 30 seconds.

For those that went with LED side markers, did the blink rate of the turn signal change like as to indicate a bulb was out? I know this was a problem when switching to LEDs on other cars.

Not with mine, the only real indication that you have LEDs is that they'll flicker upon startup during the bulb check.

+1 fantastic choice, DEPO markers offer a rubber liner, so no water leakage, 6 years and counting and still no issues

thanks for the support, the rubber liner makes a huge difference in addition to a more aggressive look, we would like to mention that we never had a return since they are overwhelming better fitting than OE.
