http://www.6post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=647170. Anyways, after the 1M (VO pioneer), the F20 1er, the X1 and the i3 Coupé Concept, now also the new Z4 LCI facelift gets the VO treatment. BMW never stated that VO would be exclusively/limited to the 1M, but raised the impression. VO was initially even supposed to merely remain a 1M test mule color only: "Why Valencia Orange? The 1M test mule in both pictures indicated below (which seems to be rather red than Valencia Orange and does not feature yet the M3 side-mirrors and headlights LED eyebrow) seems to have a CF roof (unlikely that it's a wrap). Unfortunately, the CF roof feature didn't make it to the 1M production stage (officially because of budget reasons and time constraints - hm, little brother entering too far into the M3 comfort zone ? ). Initial 1M test mule seats + silver trim surrounding the gear shift and on top of the dash, subsequently replaced by the Kyalami Orange stitching concept we know + black/grey trim with alcantara tissue:

This M3 is at my local dealership and I have seen it and driven it. The VO colour looks fantastic on this car and really suits the M3 coupe. It looks better in the flesh than the pics. I think a deal can be done at £50k if you push hard as the colour was a special individual option and it is fairly well specced with Competition pack. It is currently a demonstrator.

White and grey suits M3, VO still belongs to 1M. Let's see if next M3 will have its own orange, VO or Sakhir.

I actually prefer the Sakhir Orange to VO, both stunning but Sakhir Orange doesn't change with the light as VO does. I saw the new M6 in Sakhir at Geneva last year and I fell in love. It also changed my view of the new 6er coupe.
