Yokohama AD08 Fitment 265/295

I apologize in advance for another "does it fit thread" but I searched the forum for an hour with no positive answer so I thought I would ask instead of thread jacking and more importantly spending a lot of money on tires that don't fit.

Has anyone run the following sizes on their 1m without issue?

Yokohama AD08's
265/30/19 fronts - .4" smaller diameter then stock - 3/16"more wheel gap/fender
295/30/19 rears - .4" smaller diameter then stock - 3/16"more wheel gap/fender

Also what is the feedback on the AD08, how well does the tire perform compared to stock PS2's and a RS3.

Thanks in advance.
Mods if you feel this post should be combined with another thread please feel free to do so.

Can't comment on the 1M fitment, but I have AD08s on my 135i and they are a great dual use tyre. Fine for everyday use and work well on the track.

I just installed this exact same setup on my 1M last thursday... Front is perfect, no rubbing.. I had a tiny bit of rubbing on hard bumps on the rear right, so this morning I lifted the car and noticed the little bit of bodywork that rubbed on the tire... Just cut it off and all is perfect now.. Car looks fantastic, and the neovas grip like crazy.. Such a different car now. Much better at launches, minimal spin... I recommend..

Can you tell us exactly what you had to cut off?

Sure... Tried to take a pic this morning, but it's too dark in the parking lot.. It's right where the bumper meets the side panel,... On the line.. If you put your finger in there, on the bumper part, you will notice that a little bit sticks out.. So when I took the wheel off, I could spot some rubber marks exactly on that spot, so just cut out a bit.. I'll try a better pic later on the day.. The pic attached is of the left rear, so you can see right where the line is.

As for handling, I still haven't tracked the car, but like I said, it grips much better now on acceleration.. I used to get wheel spin up to 3rd, now only on 1st. I'm eager to track and see how the front grips now that its 20mm wider, and the grip is much better.. Still, couldn't be happier!!

I'm curious too. Trying to decide between these or PSS. Wet traction isn't a priority as I don't drive it in the rain.

The reason I bring it up is fitment

The car runs a 10 inch wheel on a 265 stock. This is stretched a bit, and as a result provides extra sidewall stability from the wheel. This is where your firm steering feel comes from and increased lateral stability and decreased roll.

I am concerned of putting a 10 inch wheel on a 295, which is narrower than the recommended ideal wheel size of 10.5 inches.

Thanks again Alexim, I will report back when the tires get on the car (a couple of months as we are still expecting snow next week ).
