Someone please provide me a punching bag. please

some douche hit and ran my baby

my poor f*cking baby I can't express how pissed off I am already my funds are limited as is even though insurance can cover this I have to wait a week if not a few to get it back and I can't even bring it in a shop to get it looked at until monday since tomorrows sunday. Not only that but I still have to pay the deductible I'm more pissed off that I didn't notice this early I know it happened earlier during the week but it was at night so I didn't see. I only found out about it while I was washing my car today....

Damage includes front right side panel, which needs to be replaced, Front bumper which needs to get repainted, and new wheel, can not really see in the pics but a chunk is shaved off it. This is my own initial appraisal of the damage.

and now I know how lebron felt...

brb finding something punch worthy...

Man that really sucks. One of my cars had a hit and run, dented one of the panels good and ever since then am so paranoid about where I park my car. These bastards are so bloody careless and have no respect for anyone's property.

Sorry to hear about your car, can certainly feel your pain. Hope the repair goes smoothly for you.

Sux!

While you are waiting for insurance, I'd clean off the paint transfer, to make yourself feel just a little better. Cheer up my brother, it has nothing to do with you, and everything to do w/some Rat-Bastard!!!

You have my sympathies. Be sure to find a good body shop. In your case it's pretty much paint work. The body shop that did my work seems to have done a good paint job, but stunk it up when it cam to everything else. The rear wheels were not aligned, the trunk came off the hinge on one side and I pulled the cf spoiler off with my hand. I got Allstate to come and see and they agreed completely with my complaints.

Hey guys thanks so much for all the comments, my family really came through and tried to cheer me up too. This is my first car that I have ever bought for myself so I am really really protective of it, I would be even if it was a second hand beater, fact of the matter is that it's my first car that I purchased on my own. Usually I am very anal about where I park, I parked far away and do an inspection every time. I guess this time I wasn't annal enough and here I was waiting for that door ding........

You should file a police report within 24 hours so that your insurance company doesn't charge you a deductible (most have that policy).

Canada is whole story by itself, and that is not the case in the states.

A hit and run deductible is either the same as comp or in the case of us based Progressive, the company sets it @ 300USD!

Each state has it's own laws, and If not required I would never file such report, because it is useless, and a complete waste of ones time.
