Rate this deal! AW 2009 135i
Everyone,
I am sure you have seen me on this board throwing my dilemmas at everyone and I am sure everyone has been tired of reading them, I am even tired of myself. haha. But today I finally came to a decision to put in an order for a 2009 135i MT, AW. I sent an email to 5 local dealers, and one of them took it and said they could do it. I am going in on thursday to talk even more. So far this is my deal: 2009 BMW 135i: $32,750.00 6FL IPOD USB Adaptor: $365.00 Sport Package: $1,000.00 Destination Charge: $825.00 Price before taxes: $34,940.00 Price after $500.00 markup: $35,440.00 Let me know if you all think this is a good deal! Thanks guys! |

Assuming you're guaranteed an allocation and a production number when the order's placed, I'd go right ahead and bite. I'm guessing there's also some documentation fees etc. too? If that wasn't mentioned, check up on that.

I am in NJ, and can't get close to this. I'm having enough trouble trying to get 1200 over invoice.
except just got it from my closest dealer, so i think i'm done. Might let 2 of them fight it out now and see if i can get 1k off. I think my market is a bit different than MD. |

I am going to be smart and wait until the end of the year, possibly the last week of the year. I believe there are a few cars expected to come out that will compete with the performance/price of the 1-series and may affect the price.
One of the cars is the lexus IS350 coupe 2-door. This car, may cause BMW to drop its prices (invoice) in order to compete. If the IS350 is faster, or possibly slightly faster with lots of amenities, it could very well sway many people's decision like mine. but right now, i'm so eyeing the 135i badly and I know waiting is going to be good. |

I got a similar invoice + $XXX . Check to see if they are charging you a "training fee" and Advertising fee sometimes called a MACO fee. Training fee I think is $150 or $160 and the MACO is $250. These two fees are buried in the retail price of the vehcile so one should never pay them when paying retail price but if your paying invoice +, you might see them adding them. Everything is negocitable of course. Either way sounds like a good deal.
