IMHO, the OEM spoiler looks too bulky. With that said, does anyone want to by my TS spoiler? I hear you will need the BMW adhesive which I do not have? $200 for the prepainted rear spoiler to anyone in HTOWN (I am cutting my loss on this item). Anyone interested, send me PM. Thanks.

Alright, here comes a dumb question...feel free to flame away...at least it'll be entertaining :-)
Does the rear spoiler serve any purpose, aside from looking (or not) good?

spoilers
95% aesthetic 5% performance Unless you get one of those MASSIVE ONES like the ones use in F1 racing for Downward force....

Is it just me or does anybody else think that the ACS Body kit is actually kind of cheap (Price) Compared to the other ones??

hey I just installed my OEM lip spoiler the other day - I went to this one auto-shop where they do tint as well and my friend helped me. Its good to use double sided tape on the outsides of the spoiler itself. We used some form or 3M black goo. This stuff is hella sticky but it allows for more time to spread it out compared to the 2 part apoxy.

According to the BMW accessories brochure it says "Rear Spoiler. Further emphasises the sporty feel as well as bringing about a noticeable improvement in downforce"
As far as the carbon fibre lips it says this. "Aerodynamic components, the carbon attachments on the left and right sides of the front apron accentuate the powerful looks of the BMW 3 series." says nothing about performance .... anyway BMW will say anything to get the sale haa lol
