I started my car yesterday morning to find this...
So, yesterday morning I start my car to go to work, and see this warning pop up for service. My car only has 11,000 miles on it. I leave to go to lunch and start the car again and the warning is gone. Then I start my car this morning and it comes back. What the heck is going on?!?!?!

Maybe it's indicating that your car is on its side.

Looks like the brake pad warning but at your mileage, perhaps its just an intermittent sensor problem. See "Service Requirements" in the owners manual and it will explain how to view the remaining miles for each service item through your dash computer or iDrive.

Apparently that symbol stands for "Service Requirement"... wtf does that mean? I checked all the mileage countdowns, and none of them are even close to zero.

I've seen some people say that the dealer programmed in the "state inspection month", or did it incorrectly. If you live in the US, and your state requires yearly inspections, see what month your sticker expires...

It's the generic icon for many troubles, but I bet it is the battery.

it was the battery... i swapped the braille with the fully charged stock battery, and all is well... i'm going to fully charge the braille and swap it back in and see what happens.
