I wrote an email to csr automotive with lots of questions and received the answers one day later.I was kinda surprised.
They said that all of their pics aren`t pshoped, what I can`t believe when I see pics like this: for the fitment they told me to look at the pics...imo they are pshopped,so you can`t tell how the fitmment is...and I only heard bad things about the fitment... Plus I was asking if the csr bumper is lower than the oem mtech bumper.they answered that the height of the csr bumper is 57cm. Now is that bitch lower than the oem one or not?since I`d only rock it in combination with the performance sideskirts.does anyone know? op:was the bumper easy to paint?

Front bumper cover
Guys,
I tracked this bumper cover down to ASR a few weeks ago. I think I Googled "135i bumper cover" images. They emailed on August 23 that they were working with a German manufacturer - CSR apparently - it didn't pan out because of fitment problems, and they've since removed it and were looking for a different manufacturer. It's beautiful so I was pretty disappointed. ASR works with very expensive cars. CSR doesn't necessarilly. I wonder if CSR meets the standard. Drew |

wow looks good. Imagine that bumper plus a carbon fiber lip that the m3 guys are rocking with their bumper. It will definitely look like a mini M3. I hope they come up with a lip for this bumper.

sad that the bumper sticks out so much to the front.
would look 100 times better if it would sit in a line with the kidneys like the original m3 bumper. but i can def imagine it on a heavily modded 1

Looks good, i find that the biggest problem is not so much the bumper, and fitment as it is the ugly ass headlights that BMW put on the 1s. I so wish they'd made the lights sleek like on the 3s; instead of those bulbous perversions they went with.(exagerating a bit of course...just a bit tho)
