Shift knob trim removal?
Anyone know how to remove the shift knobs trim? (The silver part) been trying to look everywhere. Can't find it.

Its not really possible. I think the key is a heat gun and pealing off the 6 speed label, only than can you undo the knob into separate parts. My suggestion is the weighted ZHP knob from e46, F30, F20 owners. OR the dimpled leather Msport e90 e82 knob. They weight the same
