My new 135i White Coupe

I just purchased my 135i on Friday! Very excited! I got it pretty basic with only Sport package just to save on some monthly payments (the X5 costs enough every month). The car drives like a maniac...or it could be me...but it just wants you to keep pushing the gas pedal. There is almost no end to the power that you have at your foot-tip regardless of what gear your in. I can push the gas going 45 in 6th gear and be up to 90 within 6 - 7 seconds. (never actually times but damn its fast). I plan on getting the DINAN tune. Getting this car up to 384 hp on a single tune is well worth it for 2k. I will most likely wait off until a couple months for this though. Please let me know what you think!

Soon to go on are matte pedals as well as my M badge. I am going to place the "M" badge where the "5" currently is and move the "1" over to where the "i" is. Something to make it different.

Hey Ansun, looks great. Quick question though. Did you have the dealer do the tint or did you go somewhere else?

Yes, I told them I don't want a car without tinted windows. They are ceramic tint. Regardless of the discussions about ceramic or any other type of tint out there I chose ceramic. I have it on my X5 with the same shades. They offered me 4 shades light, medium, medium dark, dark. I had medium dark all around. I never asked what percentage it is though.

Awesome. The tint looks fantastic on Alpine. I wish I could get it, but northern IL. Tickets all the time. Livin the great life I see.

When get an Alpine 135i, I think I will delete the entire 135i and put the same M badge on.

Alpine White looks great with tinted windows. Not sure what you mean about the placement of the "M" badge though...

nice car. but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO on the "M" badge. Trying to pretend or convey to others that your car is something it is not is very uncool in the respectable car world. It's like haveing a v-6 camaro and slapping a z28 badge on the sides and back for ppl to think you have what you don't have.. This is not an M vehicle BMW specifically states that. Yea they have a few badges on the interior and noticeable touches on the front but as far as M is concerned it had nothing to do with the actual performance of the vehicle. read the reviews. avoid awkward stares at stoplights from ppl that notice the wannabe "M" driver. Please. Not trying to be mean, just realistic

///M is a huge no-no, you will lose 10 internets if you do that.

Although I was thinking of having a customer plate "MINI M" if I ever get a 135i

Is that black gloss or gray poplar?

Like the last two said, don't do the M badge on the trunk. Having it on the shifter is one thing, but not next to the model number of the car.

^ I agree with the above. Don't be an "M" poser. I can't stand all the 530i "M" I see here in Canada. They're not fooling anyone.

The car looks fantastic btw.

You may as well put a 'Prancing Horse' on the hood to convince people it's a Ferrari... Beautiful car as is, so don't mess it up by turning it into a poser car... Even if you get 384 bhp out of that engine, unless the BMW M Division does the tuning, the car doesn't deserve the M/// badge...

Great car, but the idea of throwing an M badge on a 135i caused me to throw up a little in my mouth.
