Suspension upgraded, now back pain
Today I had my suspension upgraded on my 08 135i. Swift springs, Dinan springs, Dinan rear shock mounts, and m3 tension arms. They said they had to install new bumpstops, because my oem bumpstops were done. However, they installed Bilstein bump stumps and they had to cut them to fit. Will I encounter any issues with cut bump stops? Car is totally transformed and I love it, but the car bounces a little bit when driving,is this normal? Is it normal to have some back pain from the new ride as well?

Funny you bring that up. I was in good shape 3 weeks ago going to LA 4-5 times a week. Two weeks ago I worked out back and legs. The following day I couldn't get out of bed and was in terrible terrible pain. I went to a walk-in clinic and they gave me a shot and that took the edge off. The following day I saw an Orthopedic Surgeon, and he took an X-ray of my back. He saw nothing in the x-ray.

The bouncing is because you didn't replace THE most important part of your suspension, the struts/shocks.
And which sprigns did you use, Swift or Dinan?
