It is private from a military guy here in Germany. He wants to sell it because he wants to get the NA M3 before the new turbo I6 come out.
edit: He initially wanted to get the M1...I think he wanted an M and is not happy with it and just wants to sell it. |

I love everything it has on it. So I went to look/drive it and it is awesome. It looks pretty much new no bug damage in front, 1 little barely noticeable scratch. It is pretty nice. what would a 1Addicts do? |

Don't know about the build dates but the e8x is the same. E82 is the coupe and e88 is the vert. And btw what I meant in my previous question about would you be happy with the config I meant color/interior/trim trannny and such. For some people (like me) those things can be a deal breaker. Otherwise yes it's basically loaded which is great. The way it's optioned that's a good price

I can't comment on price, but the fact that it has never been modded would appeal to me. I would never buy a car that had mods done to it, the exception being the BMW installed PPK and PE.

I wonder if it has been maintained. I was initially thinking of buying a used BMW but with the OCI at 15K, what if the owner let it go that long? That's what always concerns me on BMW's- the secrecy of maintenance and whether or not it has been done, etc. Actually it applies to any used car. If they can show proof of maintenance and it is the color combo you want and drives perfect, then yeah it sounds like a good deal.
