missing payment book

I realized today that I've had my baby (330i) for exactly a month now -- love it -- but never received the payment book. I certainly don't want to make a late payment my first month, but I can't log into the owner's circle to pay online without my BMW Financial Services number (which is on the payment book).

--Anyone else have this problem?
--If I signed my lease on Nov 1st, when is the first payment due (today??)
--Who (besides my dealership) should I call about this.

....trying not to start off on the wrong foot...

Aren't payments made in advance? Mine are.
Also, why don't you set up a direct debit facility with your financier and you will never have to worry about late or missed payments on your e90.

I thought the first payment was due on the day of signing the lease.

BWM FS will mail you a bill. There is no payment book for a lease.

No payment book for financing either. You can sign-up for paperless statement on OC or regular old-fashion statements.

In fact I mailed my 1st payment today.

I received my first bill (second lease payment) late in the mail also. I couldn't register on the owner's circle without my account number. I called up customer relations and they gave me my account number. Give them a call.

You will get it in the mail shortly. Mine was just over 1 month..5-6 weeks or so.

You can then do the rest via the OC website.
