As per the advert...
"offered as a VAT qualifying car" - so with VAT at 20%, it makes it £49,800.

Why would anyone pay that when some dealers have unsold cars at list price in their showroom. We sold a demo model (basic spec) for under £40K this week....and their one has some moody painted wheels that kill the look....shame.

I think you gave it away if you didn't get very close to list. You must be in part of the country with 'soft' BMW values.
