Here are a few pictures as of 15 minutes ago, showing the latest additions to my car: BMW Performance exhaust, BMW Performance Grills, and BMW Performance spoiler.

"Performance Grille" is truly a marketing oxymoron that triumphs over common sense. Why not alternate grille, optional grille, insert anything here grille? I doubt it affects performance 1 iota.

Spoiler looks great with the car's color!

I said performance grills because that's what BMW calls them, versus Joe Around The Corner's grills, etc...I'm sure you get the point.

The performance exhaust comes with aluminum tips, no black tips option unless you have a shop do it for you, but I'm not going to do that to the stocker exhaust in case I ever want to sell it or use it again.

You know, those are the only performance parts I'm not feeling too much, not sure why

I see "Gator" tags all over the place since I moved down here, often on the back of pickup trucks. Is the University of Florida some kind of vocational college? I only ask because I see that you whited out your tag, but in pictures 1 and 6 you give your exact address.

...you know, I wondered how long it would take for someone to pick up on that, I just didn't feel like blanking out corners in the pics but apparently some of you are too smart

I may have to go back and revise!

Edit: when I get home I will use my computer engineering degree from my technical school mated to the super application Paint so I can post those two images back up.

Yeah, well I had to get my shots in somehow...I was at the game on Saturday, always tough to lose to you guys, but we are young. Hopefully in 2-3 years it will be a more evenly matched rivalry. Class of '06 here as well!

oh what the hell i've been dying to get a performance exhaust for my N55 and this is a major turnoff now

lol as a big fan of the black tips, which I love, I can tell you that these looks very nice as well, and they sit a little outside the diffuser, giving the car a more aggressive stance. The openings of the tips are also wider in diameter, and when you hear the sound, you'll forget about the color of the tips haha

You could always get a shop to cut off the black tips and replace the ones on the performance exhaust. I highly doubt that they would affect performance/sound at all.
