Very cool, I think it will be a huge success as a commuter car.

I cannot wait to sell these! From what I have heard they will be lease cars only; will not be able to buy.

Personally, I think batteries are for flashlights. What interests me a lot more are either flywheel or capacitor energy recovery systems. These nearly double urban fuel efficiency and provide a performance boost too.

i would love to drive one and see how it compares to other electric car, I like that it looks like a regular 1er, most electric cars are overly designed to make them look super fancy

only problem is...there are virtually no charging stations around when compared to gas stations. I would love for this to work, but society as a whole needs to take a step in this direction, not just one car maker

Hey guys,
Very happy to see the interest in the ActiveE here. I encourage you to check out the ActiveE Forum. If you have any questions or thoughts about the car, the field trial, or anything else, chances are they've been covered there. If they haven't, that's what the forum's for and we'll be sure to get everything answered as quickly as possible. Check it out! I'll leave you with this video of the ActiveE from the Geneva Motor Show. Enjoy. |
