WTB: 261 M Sport Package Wheels & Tires
Looking for a set of 261M sport package wheels from a 135i including tires, TPMS, center caps, etc. in like new condition. Prefer pick up near Washington DC or at least mid-Atlantic region, but willing to pay shipping if reasonable. Will make a competitive offer especially for wheels in perfect condition and low mile tires. Thanks! Last edited by MAR; 02-25-2010 at 01:29 PM.. Reason: Update |

Hate to make this a competitive bidding thing, but I'm in the same boat. Car was bought December 5th. 300 miles on wheels and RFTs before putting on new wheels and winter tires. Still mounted, stored at the dealership currently, so no pics yet but can get them. I'm not anxious to get rid of them, but am looking to part with the RFTs for sure.

Hard facts:
tire rack new RFTs, 1230 fairly firm fact: i would guess you can get a dealer down to 1,600 for the 261s if you pushed right In this sort of market, 300 miles on each, the absolute best i could ever hope for i'm sure is 2/3 of new value. i wouldn't even have to bat a lash at 800 for the RFTs and 1,100 for the 261s, though that's idealistic. I'm also in no rush to part with either quite yet, just seriously considering it. I'll try to get pics tomorrow when i'm at my dealer (trunk brake light cracked in the cold) |

no offense, but you'd have to more than bat a lash to sell the RFTs at 800... I bought a set with 8/32-9/32 tread for 300 bucks... even just looking at the *selling* price for the RFTs on the forums, and that's about on par.
