we do have something set up. normally we have 1 BIG (massive) caravan leaving from san diego. you can meet up at UTC la jolla or the carlsbad outlet mall.

depends on if you're meeting in UTC or Carlsbad. it takes 15 minutes from UTC to carlsbad, but 2 minutes from the carlsbad parking lot onto the freeway. UTC leaves at 6-6:10 AM. that means carlsbad leaves the parking lot at 6:13-6:23 AM. of course you should try arriving at either much earlier to avoid confusion since we will not be waiting for people.
