Mounting it was fairly straight forward. There are no holes in the lip, but I was able to secure it down with quite a few zip-screws that went in fairly easily. I've had it on for a bit over a year and it's held on strong. Could definitely use two sets of hands when mounting, as the figment isn't always spot on.

Here's a little contrast.

The day after I got my 135.... June 2011

And an hour or so before it was taken away on a truck, never to be registered again.... December 2016:

I hit some road debris one night at a roadworks site which punctured the underfloor protection and smashed a 50mm high dint in the leftside rear passenger footwell - It sounded like I'd run up a gutter. It missed the fuel rails by a centimetre and made a small puncture in the floor. Long story short - the floor is structural, can't be welded and there's no replacement floor sections available - so she was written off.

I may have cried a little saying goodbye to it. I loved that car.

Here's the full resolution picture from my signature. I swear we weren't trying to both end up in BMWs, but our needs, budgets and expensive tastes both led us here! Too bad my car is kinda dirty here - the 528i just had a full wash, clay and wax.
