Sedona Red 135i :)
Just recently got a sedona red 135i with the sports package and it's brought a deep smile to me every time I see it. Was a bit of a stalker/lurker of 1addicts for a while and figured "Hey why not?" It was a long perilous journey to getting this car back home but I did it.
Decided, hey, why not detail it to the extreme? No big deal right? It'll only be a few hours or so. Man I was wrong. Woke up early friday (Had a three day weekend) walked outside, then walked right back in. Was pouring the whole day. :/ So I moved it to Saturday and jesus, doing everything by hand was a pain! 6 hours of panel by panel, claying, polishing, and waxing. I don't think a day's gone by where I haven't received a compliment on how nice of a car it is. Probably due to the color. :P It was a bit more of an ordeal than I thought it was, and it didn't seem like it needed it, being only at 46k, but man! I got it out and it looks more amazing than ever! I find myself taking a walk and looking at it, can't help but smile when I see the shine from a mile away! Looks like pure glass and feels of fine, fine silk. I apologize for the cell pics and the long post ahead! During the drive home. Couldn't get an 135i without the ol' 6MT. First Photo op Was the day it was raining In the wash! The clay bar after 2nd Photoshoot! Eventually, I'll get around to modding it up visually, but for now I just want to chill out with it stock. Enjoy! |

I'm not trying to be a prick, but that doesn't look like Sedona red. I have a Sedona Red and it's more like an orange'y color. Maybe just the camera? Either way, enjoy!

Lux H8 v4 Installed!
Yeahhhhh!
Thanks for the compliments! I already have a few stories to tell about my car it's awesome... But more to the point! I received my order of the exquisite Lux H8 v4's and couldn't wait to put em in today! I set the v4's to 5200k and loving it. These pics were taken again my my lame cell phone, and I believe it's the camera on the phone that is making her appear more reddish. Probably flattered that I'm taking so many pics. :P Will have broad daytime pictures if requested. Enjoy This last one brought a bit of concern to me though. I was wondering why the inner light was lit. Made me re-check the wiring and make sure nothing was all weird in the innards. Sure as beans, I looked it up and I guess they turn on to indicate you turning to the left or right. I've never noticed them, before though when sitting in night traffic. Weird. If you guys have any more info on this it'd be great for me to know. ANYWAYS, I'm currently saving up for either coilovers or wheels/tires combo along with the LCI smoked tail lights. Soon... oh so soon... |

I just picked up my own 128i M-Sport in Sedona Red and I cannot stress enough how pictures do not do this color justice. In person this color is absolutely stunning. Depending on the light it can be anything from a brilliant metallic orange to a deep copper to a dark wine. It is almost a chameleon color. It is beautiful and I am so glad to own one. And from the forums, this looks like the rarest color. I'd love to see the numbers breakdown from the factory. (Pictures coming soon)
